At Dan the Baking Man (DTBM), we make the best-tasting guilt-free plant-based cookies, gluten-free and free of synthetic and refined ingredients. Our cookies come in three flavors–Matcha White Chip, Sprinkle, and Chocolate Chunk– all made with five ingredients and under 180 calories!

Together, two brothers Daniel and Robert, created DTBM first plant-based cookies. As long-time athletes, we knew the importance of fueling our bodies with nutritious foods, however, like everyone else, we faced the classic conundrum: is it possible to enjoy sweets that are healthy and taste good? We found nothing. Every time we picked up a box of "healthy" cookies, we were disappointed by the long list of artificial ingredients and added sugars. We created the cookie no one thought was possible. Today, we are sold across the country in over 100 cafes and online.
